Hyundai Motor America has noted that several vehicles were impacted by a telecommunications outage that occurred on Sunday, February 9th , resulting in the potential loss of connectivity or interruptions when attempting to use Bluelink functions. Voice Recognition, Sports Media, and Weather will not be available. Dealer stock and retailed vehicles are both affected. If a customer calls in and their vehicle is experiencing issues related to Bluelink, please have them come into the dealership to assist with resetting the Bluelink Data Communication Unit (DCU) and utilize TSB 25-BE-003H posted on Hyundai Tech Info.

Certain Tucson (NX4) vehicles may experience a battery discharge due to logic error within the Central Communication Unit (CCU). This bulletin provides instructions to update both subsystems (MCU/AP) related to the CCU to improve the logic of the CCU.
Certain vehicles (See Applicable Vehicles List below) equipped with the 12-inch instrument cluster display and separate Instrument Cluster Module require software verification PRIOR to odometer mileage writing. If the Cluster Module does not have the latest software, the incorrect mileage may be written to the new module. This bulletin provides information to confirm the Instrument Cluster Module is equipped with the latest software version prior to using the GDS tablet to write the odometer mileage.
Certain 2025MY Tucson (NX4A) vehicles equipped with a fingerprint reader may experience a Check User Authentication error message on the instrument cluster display. When the message appears, it may prevent usage of the Fingerprint Module (FPM). The DTC captured for this concern is B18CC00 - IAU Teaching Error (w/FPM). This bulletin provides instructions to perform a software update for the Fingerprint Module (FPM).
