TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN: IDENTITY AUTHENTICATION UNIT (IAU) SEAT OPERATION LOGIC IMPROVEMENT: This bulletin provides the information to update the Identity Authentication Unit (IAU) software on 2023-2024MY Telluride (ON) SX and SX Prestige models produced from August 31, 2022, through August 23, 2024, which may exhibit unintended driver profile switching five (5) seconds after the engine is turned ON in vehicles without an active Kia Connect subscription. Due to a software logic error, this may cause the drivers profile to switch resulting in the drivers seat moving five (5) seconds after the engine is turned on.
TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN: SERVICE ACTION: KIA CONNECT MODEM RESET (SA611) - This bulletin outlines the procedure for resetting the modem in certain 2016-2025MY Kia vehicles listed on page 3 that are equipped with Kia Connect Services. The affected vehicles may encounter the following issues: remote Start/Climate Control function not working, vehicle Status on the Kia Access App not updating, connected routing not functioning properly.

This bulletin provides information relating to the correct transmission fluid type and fill quantity requirement for each Kia model. A flush is required ONLY when a transmission is replaced, and the transmission oil cooler is transferred to the new transmission.
TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN: DOOR BELT OUTSIDE WEATHERSTRIP REPLACEMENT (CA2504) - This bulletin provides information to replace the door belt outside weatherstrip(s) on certain 2023-2025MY Telluride (ON) vehicles produced from August 04, 2020 through February 11, 2025. The affected vehicles maybe missing an adhesive layer, causing the outer faceplate to detach/separate from the door belt outside weatherstrip molding. If a customer has a validated complaint of a door belt outside weatherstrip detaching and/or separating, replace it and any weatherstrip(s) that have not yet been replaced under warranty (including SA535 or SA578) according to the VIN list and procedure in this TSB.
This Pitstop provides information regarding an inoperative sunroof switch on 20202025MY Telluride (ON) vehicles. When diagnosing a vehicle for this condition, check that connectors R02 and R03 are connected in the correct cavities. If these connectors were previously interchanged unintentionally, the sunroof switch will not operate.
PITSTOP: TECHNICAL OPERATIONS: EXTERNAL DAMAGE TO ULTRASONIC SENSOR: This Pitstop provides information related to Parking Distance Warning (PDW) alerts and repairs involving ultrasonic sensors. The PDW system alerts the driver while parking, by calculating distance based on the difference in signal transmission and reception times between the vehicle (ultrasonic sensor) and an object. The membrane film of the ultrasonic sensor is used for object detention and can be damaged by stone chips or foreign substances while driving. Damage to the cover of the ultrasonic sensor can also lead to damage to the internal circuit. As a result of this external damage, the PDW system may not receive the proper signal from the ultrasonic sensor.
