CERTIFICATION LABEL AND VIN PLATE REPLACEMENT SERVICE INFORMATION Because of collision damage or other vehicle repair, a replacement Certification Label or VIN Plate/Label may be needed. HINT: Certification Label = FMVSS (Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards) label. These items may be available from Nissan by request if certain criteria are met. This bulletin lists the criteria and provides an application form for such replacements. The VIN Plate/Label (metal plate or vinyl label) is attached to the instrument panel or body on the driver side at the base of the windshield (see Figure 1). The Certification Label (vinyl adhesive label) is located on the lower area of the driver side B-Pillar (see Figure 1).

2009-2011 370Z COUPE AND 2010-2011 370Z ROADSTER; TAKATA PASSENGER AIR BAG MODULE INFLATOR COLLECTION INTRODUCTION Nissan is conducting this Takata Inflator Field Quality Parts Collection to replace the passenger air bag inflator on certain preselected 2009-2011 370Z Coupe and 2010-2011 370Z Roadster vehicles in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, and Texas. This service will be performed at no charge to the customer for parts or labor. NOTE: This activity will expire when sufficient quantities have been collected. IDENTIFICATION NUMBER For this initiative, Nissan has assigned identification number P0A10. This number must appear on all communications and documentation of any nature dealing with this initiative.
Passenger Airbag Inflator Field Quality Parts Collection Initiative ***** Collection Initiative Summary ***** Nissan is conducting a special parts collection activity to replace, free of charge, front passenger airbag inflators on specific 2009-2011Model Year Nissan 370Z (Z34) vehicles registered in the following states: . Alabama . Florida . Georgia . Louisiana . Texas These vehicles were selected based on geographic location and are not subject to a recall. Instead, Nissan wishes to collect and examine approximately three-hundred(300) airbag inflators. This activity is being proactively undertaken by Nissan in coordination with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).
