Dealer Message - American Honda Motor Co., Inc. (AHM) is searching certain 2023-2025 Accord FHEVs with a customer complaint of multiple warning lights on for lost communication DTCs. In some cases, the customer may also experience their vehicle losing power. To better understand the cause of this condition, AHM would like to collect information from the vehicle.
Service Bulletin - The engine runs rough and makes a rattling noise, accompanied by DTC P0134 or P0135 due to a possible fuel injector leak causing a rich air/fuel (A/F) mixture that fouls the spark plug(s) and causing the PCM to misread the A/F sensor heater resistance. Other DTCs may also include: P0700, P0300, P219C, P219D, P219E, P219F, P0172.
Tech Line - Customers may experience error code S001 with their audio unit. The vehicle may also have DTC B2B05-92 CAN Gateway error stored due to the dealerships wi-fi settings.

(AHM) is searching for certain 2023-2025 FHEV Accords & CR-Vs with a customer complaint of an oil leak or a dealer noticing an oil leak from the cylinder head cover gasket during routine maintenance. To better understand the cause of this condition, AHM would like to collect certain parts from the vehicle prior to you attempting a repair of any kind.
Dealer Message - The current radiator guard does not provide adequate protection. Roadway debris can cause damage to the Power Control Unit (PCU) radiator which may lead to coolant leakage, illumination of multiple Malfunction Indicator Lights (MIL), and/or loss of driving force.
