If the Turbo is being replaced for a noise or a rattle, inspect the wastegate for binding. The actuator kit is serviced separately. If the turbo is being replaced for an oil leak concern, please inspect the area around the turbo oil feed oring for a leak. The o-ring is serviced separately

If the Filter is restricted or blocked then replace the part.
