Autorrive Business
Autorrive Business privacy policy
Effective September 11, 2026
This policy explains how Autorrive handles information in Autorrive Business, including its Google email, calendar, and advertising connections. It covers the staff business workspace and these connections.
Information we access and why
- Google account information. We use your Google account identifier and verified email address to associate a connection with the authorized Autorrive user. We record the permissions you grant and the connection's status.
- Gmail. If your role permits email access and you connect Gmail, Autorrive retrieves message details such as sender, recipients, subject, date, snippet, and message text so you can read business email. If you have sending permission, Autorrive sends messages and replies that you compose. Messages you choose to attach to a dealer account are copied into that account's activity records.
- Google Calendar. Autorrive uses calendar identifiers, event titles, descriptions, locations, times, and status to display calendars and manage linked meetings. Calendar-list and availability information supports the calendar and sharing features your role permits. Publishing a linked meeting sends its details to Google Calendar; synchronizing a linked meeting can save updated event details in Autorrive.
- Google Ads. The authorized account connection provides account identifiers, names, manager status, currency, and time zone to confirm access to Autorrive's advertising account. Planned keyword research uses keyword search estimates and advertising competition data. Keyword research is awaiting Google's access approval.
Autorrive also keeps business records that staff enter, along with connection and action logs used to operate the workspace and investigate access or delivery problems. Google permissions are requested for the connection you choose and the features your role allows.
Storage and access
Google connection credentials are encrypted in server storage. Requests to Google use HTTPS. Autorrive stores the account identifiers, granted permissions, and connection status needed to maintain each connection.
Reading an inbox does not automatically copy the entire mailbox into shared dealer records. Messages that you deliberately save, and event details synchronized with linked meetings, are stored in Autorrive's business database. Staff access to those records depends on their role, account access, and the record's visibility setting.
When information is shared
Google receives the information needed to carry out the features you use, such as sending a message or publishing a calendar event. Email recipients receive messages you send. Other authorized Autorrive staff can see records you share with them through the workspace's access controls.
Hosting and database service providers process information to operate Autorrive's systems. We limit access to Google user data to providing and supporting the features described here, security needs, and legal obligations.
We do not sell Google user data, use Gmail or Calendar data to target advertising, or use Google user data to train general-purpose AI models. Autorrive Business's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Disconnecting and deleting information
You can disconnect an email or calendar connection in Autorrive Business. This removes the stored refresh credential for that connection and stops further access through it. You can also remove Autorrive Business's access through your Google Account connections, including access for Google Ads.
Disconnecting does not automatically delete messages or meeting details already saved to business records, connection history, or action logs. Saved business records remain until they are removed by an authorized administrator. To request deletion of connection information or saved Google data, contact christopher@autorrive.com. We may need to confirm your identity and authority over the records. If information must be retained for a legal obligation, we will explain that when responding to your request.
