Vehicle pricing and availability

Autorrive is a vehicle discovery and comparison service. Vehicles are offered by participating dealerships, not by Autorrive. Dealers supply listing information, including prices, equipment, mileage, photographs, incentives, and availability.

Errors and changes

Listing information may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect because of dealer-entry, transcription, technical, or data-feed errors. Prices and availability may change, and a vehicle may have been sold before its listing is updated. Autorrive does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of dealer-supplied information.

Confirm before purchasing

Confirm the specific vehicle, VIN, current price, equipment, condition, certification, availability, and all pricing conditions with the selling dealer before making a purchase or relying on a listing. Request an itemized final price. Taxes, title, registration, and other lawful charges or conditions must be disclosed as required by applicable law; this notice does not authorize undisclosed charges or misleading advertised prices.

Corrections and responsibility

Autorrive may correct or remove inaccurate listing information. The selling dealer is responsible for its advertisements and for confirming the final terms of any vehicle transaction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Autorrive disclaims liability for losses arising from errors or omissions in dealer-supplied listing information or reliance on that information.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, overrides a binding agreement, or limits any consumer right or remedy provided by applicable law.

Contact Christopher@autorrive.com with the listing link and the suspected error. Do not include financial account numbers or other sensitive personal information.
