Autorrive Business

Autorrive Business is the workspace Autorrive uses to manage dealer relationships, business communication, appointments, and marketing research. Access is limited to authorized Autorrive staff.

Staff can connect a Google account to use the email and calendar features their role permits. Autorrive's Google Ads connection supports its marketing work.

Email and dealer follow-up

Connect your own Google account to read and send business messages from Autorrive. You can choose to save a message to a dealer account so that staff with permission to view that record can follow the conversation. Connecting Gmail does not automatically share your inbox with the team.

Appointments and calendars

View connected calendars and manage meetings linked to dealer accounts. Calendar access and availability sharing depend on your permissions. You choose when to publish a linked meeting to Google Calendar.

Google Ads research

The Google Ads connection lets Autorrive verify access to its advertising account. Autorrive is also preparing keyword research through Google Ads to help plan marketing and car-buying content; that feature is awaiting Google's access approval.

Your Google connection

Google asks for your permission before a connection is established. You can disconnect email or calendar access in Autorrive, or remove Autorrive Business from your Google Account connections.
