Protecting marketplace information

Autorrive uses scoped access, minimized data collection, encryption in transit, protected server-side storage, audit records, and bounded sessions to reduce risk to dealer and consumer information.

Dealer access

Dealer portal users sign in with a password and a time-based one-time code. Recovery codes are single-use. Access is limited by dealer group, assigned location, and role; dealer access does not unlock owner tools.

Safeguards Rule context

The U.S. Federal Trade Commission Safeguards Rule may apply to some businesses that handle customer financial information. Autorrive's controls can support a dealer's broader security program, but this page is not legal advice and does not determine whether any organization is covered or compliant. Each dealer remains responsible for assessing its obligations with qualified legal and security advisers.

Inquiry handling

Inquiry details are kept within authenticated operational boundaries. A destination entry alone does not send information to an outside provider; outbound delivery requires a separate deliberate activation and verification.
