EXHAUST - MUFFLER AND TAILPIPE For Exhaust noise squeak during startup acceleration deceleration please do following: 1. DO NOT remove actuators 2. Verify noise by cycling EEV manually via WiTech 3. Verify noise with test drive (optional) 4. If the noise is confirmed, replace the system without removing the actuators.

D Clutch Repair Customers must experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination and the vehicle must exhibit/set one or more of the following Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs): P0733-00 - Gear 3 Shift Incorrect Ratio. P1DA8-00 - Incorrect Gear Ratio Clutch A B or D Defective. P1D92-00 - Incorrect Gear Ratio - Clutch 4 Defective. **Customers may also comment on one or more of the following: Transmission slips when shifting. Vehicle will not move in reverse. Vehicle will not shift higher than third gear.** This bulletin involves replacing the D clutch."
TUBE Fuel Filler When there is fuel leakage at the joint of the Inlet Check Valve or the joint of the Fuel Filler Tube, place a mark on the Fuel Filler Tube of the insertion depth of the Filler Hose before removing the Hose. Check the Fuel Filler Hose for delamination or potential hole(s) or damage. Check the Inlet Check Valve (ICV) for any damage. If there is no damage found on the ICV and the Fuel Filler Hose is found to have delamination or damage, replace the Fuel Filler Hose and Clamps only. Do not replace the Fuel Filler Tube and/or the Fuel Tank. Install the new Fuel Filler Hose on the Tube to the marked location

FUEL PUMP/LEVEL UNIT MODULE For vehicles with Saddle Fuel Tanks, need to determine if there are any DTCs in wiTECH. Follow Service Diagnostics published prior to making any changes. Review any existing SOL or TSBs published for customer complaint issue. Only the Fuel Pump Module should be replaced if there are DTCs associated with the Fuel Level Sensor number 1. Only the Auxiliary Level Sender should be replaced if there are DTCs associated with the Fuel Level Sensor number 2. If there is a mixture of DTCs between the Fuel Pump Module and the Auxiliary Level Sensor, then investigate if there is a Jumper Harness or circuit issue between the Level Sender and the PCM. Verify fuel transfer between auxiliary tank and the primary tank by monitoring the auxiliary level sensor to verify it drops after driving.
