Document 10170144

This is a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) that was sent to dealers to inform them that customers may report that the second row right side seat belt buckle cover has come off, and in some instances, may prevent the second row right side seat belt tongue from latching into the buckle when the internal buckle components have fallen off. This TSB instructs dealers to replace the second row right side seat belt buckle with a new part, which has been shortened by 14 mm to prevent the center seat belt buckle from covering the right side seat belt buckle, and install the countermeasure second row center seat belt buckle.

Document 10170145

This is a TSB that was sent to dealers to inform them that due to stress applied intensively onto the left and right rear end portion of the seat cushion by a passenger, the cushion may sink down and rub against the edges of the metal seat frame. This in turn may cause the damaged urethane material to turn to powder and fall on the floor carpet. This TSB provides a repair procedure to replace the damaged seat cushion pad, and apply tape on the frame to help prevent future damage.
