Some 2025-2026 Expedition/Navigator/Explorer/Aviator and 2024-2026 Nautilus vehicles equipped with the Google Maps Navigation System (minor feature code HKCGA) may experience a blank screen for Google Maps or the absence of live traffic data. To correct this condition, refer to the Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 415-00 > Diagnosis and Testing > Information and Entertainment System. The WSM has been updated with improved diagnostics for this condition. To confirm whether a vehicle is built with a specific minor feature code, review the build information by double-clicking the vehicle identification number (VIN) in the upper left corner of the Professional Technician System (PTS).

Some 2025-2026 Navigator vehicles may experience condensation buildup within the reversing lamp assembly (rear light bar - service base part number 13A565) when exposed to cold temperatures. Condensation does not affect the function or performance of the reversing lamp assembly. Refer to the Exterior Lighting Concern Analysis GSB (General Service Bulletin) to determine if replacement is recommended. If lamp condensation levels do not meet the GSB condensation lamp replacement criteria (lamp does not exhibit; non-impact related cracks/damage, water streaking down the inside of the lamp or water pooling on the inside bottom of the lamp) reversing lamp assembly replacement is not recommended. New reversing lamp assemblies are not expected to improve condensation performance over the original assemblies on vehicles that do not exhibit replacement criteria symptoms previously mentioned. Some 2025-2026 Expedition/Navigator vehicles equipped with one-touch up/down front windows may exhibit a condition where a front window does not respond to one-touch controls, does not open all the way and/or bounces back when using the one-touch close function. Replacement or reprogramming of the DDM and/or PDM and/or any other components is unlikely to resolve this condition. One-touch open and close function may be restored by resetting the anti-pinch feature described in the Digital Owner's Manual > Windows > Window Bounce-Back > Overriding Window Bounce-Back. The symptom may return after a successful reset of the anti-pinch feature. Show the customer where they can find this reset procedure in the Digital Owners Manual (Windows > Window Bounce-Back > Overriding Window Bounce-Back) so that they can have the option to perform the reset procedure on their own should the symptom return

Some 2025-2026 Nautilus/Aviator/Navigator vehicles equipped with the Google Maps Navigation System (minor feature code HKCGA) may experience a blank/white Google map screen, inoperative live traffic data, inoperative voice assistant, the inability to sign into a Google account in the center touch screen, unable to access the Google Play Store in the center display screen, and/or the inability to connect to other apps in the center display screen. This may be due to the vehicles Connectivity Package not being activated. To verify if the vehicle has an active Connectivity Package (free or paid) enter the vehicle identification number (VIN) in Professional Technician System (PTS) then navigate to the upper blue tab titled Connected Vehicle > Vehicle Software Subscriptions. It will clearly state if the vehicle has a trial or paid subscription, along with the expiration date. The customer c

For 20172026 vehicles equipped with a 10R transmission, a revision to the Road Testing Vehicle procedure has been made in the WSM, located in Section 307-01 > Diagnosis and Testing. This updated procedure improves the diagnosis of customer reported transmission concerns and aids in locating the proper root cause. During diagnosis and testing, details regarding whether the condition is more prevalent when the vehicle is hot or cold, throttle percentage at the time of occurrence, vehicle speed, the specific shift involved, and whether the issue occurs during transmission engagements (N>R, N>D, R>D, or D>R) should be noted. Engineering requests including these detailed operating conditions that will significantly assist with root cause analysis. Diagnosis, testing, and repair should use established labor times outside this article.

Some 2024-2026 Nautilus non-hybrid and 2025-2026 Aviator/Navigator vehicles equipped with 28 radio speakers (minor feature code IDBBN) may exhibit a no audio/sound condition with no communication with the audio digital signal processing (DSP) module. Remove the DSP fuse from the battery junction box (BCMC) (F40 for Aviator, F5 for Navigator, F138 for Nautilus). Inspect the fuse for an open and ensure the fuse has proper blade contact. After one minute, reinstall the good fuse. If the concern is still present or a fuse concern is found, continue with normal Workshop Manual (WSM) diagnostics, Section 415-00 Information and Entertainment System > General Information > Diagnosis and Testing. If communication has been re-established with the DSP module, engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition that is expected by Q2 2026.
